2026_129_JUNIOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND DIGITAL HEALTH PROJECT MANAGER

The Digital Transformation Group of the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute is looking for a person to fill the position of Digital Transformation and Digital Health Project Manager. The successful candidate will play an important role in European and national projects focused on digital health and healthcare. The role will involve working closely with consortium organisations to ensure the achievement of the objectives established for each project. In this context, the successful candidate will actively participate in digital health projects developed at the hospital, as well as in European healthcare research projects. In addition, they will coordinate the validation studies arising from these projects, ensuring proper follow-up. One of the responsibilities will also be to evaluate the patient experience.

• Participation in different European projects in the field of healthcare research.
• Active participation in project follow-up meetings.
• Participation in drafting project-related protocols.
• Coordination of validation studies arising from the projects.
• Evaluation of project usability and user experience.
• Evaluation of the projects in which the successful candidate participates.
• Participation in team meetings.
• Dissemination of the projects.

Job requirements:

• Knowledge of digital transformation and digital health.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of Spanish and Catalan.
• High level of English (C1).

Valued:

• Experience / training in project management (e.g. Agile/Scrum, PMI) and in European projects/consortia.
• Experience in preparing applications/reports for competitive calls.
• Experience in validation/evaluation of digital solutions (KPIs, impact, pilot studies).
• Experience in qualitative research.
• Experience in research groups.
• Experience in competitive projects.
• Particular value will be placed on: interest in qualitative research.
• Having articles as first author.

• Permanent contract (Science Law 17/2022)
• Start date: Immediate.
• Gross annual salary: €23,196.
• The gross annual remuneration associated with the position covered by this call will be determined according to the experience and skills of the candidate and will be paid in 12 instalments.
• 23 days of annual leave + 5 personal days.
