工作說明

1. Market & Strategy: Define go-to-market, pricing, and channel strategies for a region, analyze market trends, and provide insights to sales.
2. Sales Enablement: Work closely with field sales teams, support technical clarification, and manage commercial terms.
3. Business Management: Oversee P&L (revenue, costs, profit) for the territory and manage product performance.
4. Customer Engagement: Interact with end customers on product knowledge and market trends.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication (verbal/written), stakeholder management, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

1. Technical Expertise: Interested in, or be able to learn and understand fast on servers, IT industry, and technical product management fundamentals.
2. Business Acumen: Market analysis, business simulation, pricing, and P&L management.
