[2027 Internship] Analog Integrated Circuit Design Intern

MediaTek’s Radio System Solutions Division develops standalone RF ICs or IPs for wireless communication products within MediaTek. This involves designing and verifying building blocks such as low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, filters, data converters, phase locked loops, low dropout regulators, and digital calibration circuits in advanced.

• Be exposed to part of the RF analog IC design flow in MediaTek, the 5th largest global fabless semiconductor company.

He / She will participate in some of the following areas:

• Theoretical study of RF analog integrated circuit building blocks (research from technical

publications).

• Hands on usage of Cadence Virtuoso CAD tools for circuit design or other supporting tools (e.g., MATLAB).
• Circuit design in CMOS process using simulators to design building blocks that meet specification requirements.
• Create scripts for design related usage.
