🚀 Project Overview You will join a high-impact design team creating digital solutions for a leading global entertainment and sports agency. In this role, you will be responsible for designing clean, user-centric mobile and web applications, ensuring cross-platform consistency through robust design systems. You will play a crucial part in translating complex corporate and financial accounting concepts into intuitive, minimalist user experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring these designs to life.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Design Systems: Create and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms.
  • End-to-End UX/UI: Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user interfaces and interactions.
  • User Journeys: Design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the development of intuitive user experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design concepts.
  • Visual Design: Ensure a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style that aligns directly with brand guidelines.
  • User Testing: Conduct and analyze user testing to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Presentation: Clearly present design concepts and your underlying rationale to team members and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, proactively applying them to your daily work.

💡 Must-Have Skills

  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience and working knowledge of corporate and financial accounting areas.
  • Figma Expertise: 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including deep knowledge of nested components, auto layout, and design libraries.
  • Design Systems: Proven hands-on experience in creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Highly skilled in building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate complex design concepts.
  • Design Aesthetic: A meticulous approach and keen eye for clean, minimalist, pixel-perfect, and user-centric design.
  • Soft Skills & Execution: Strong creative thinking, exceptional time management for handling multiple projects, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Usability Testing: Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
  • Agile Frameworks: Familiarity working within Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS is a distinct plus.

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (EST). Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours is required in this remote-first setup.
