Job Description – Senior Assistant Vice President (Sr. AVP), Enterprise AI UnitRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and forward-looking Senior Assistant Vice President (Sr. AVP) to lead and expand our Enterprise AI initiatives. The Sr. AVP will be responsible for driving large-scale AI solution orchestration, innovation evangelization, and stakeholder alignment across business units. This leadership role requires strong expertise in AI architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, LLM applications, and enterprise-grade cloud solutions, combined with proven ability to deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic AI Leadership: Define, scale, and govern the AI adoption roadmap across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business strategy.Solution Orchestration: Lead design and deployment of complex AI ecosystems leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG, AI avatars, and LangGraph-based workflows.Innovation Evangelization: Champion AI adoption with clients, partners, and internal teams, positioning the company as a thought leader in the AI space.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to build strong business cases, including ROI, investment, and risk frameworks.Enterprise Architecture Oversight: Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence requirements.Talent Leadership: Mentor and develop AI architects, engineers, and solution managers to build a high-performing innovation team.Business Impact Delivery: Translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes such as cost optimization, revenue uplift, process automation, and improved customer experience.
