YOUR ROLE

1. EHS Program Leadership & Enhancement
Plan, implement, and manage EHS enhancement activities — including safety training, audits, incident investigations, and advisory consultations — for employees and contractors to strengthen safety consciousness and promote a proactive safety culture.

2. Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) Management
Monitor and track CAPA implementation status, maintain and continuously improve EHS management systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14064-1.

3. Stakeholder Advisory & Communication
Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Security matters to internal stakeholders. Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to support management in adjusting countermeasures and improving EHS culture.

4. Training & Competency Development
Design and deliver role-appropriate EHS training programs for employees and contractors based on their specific tasks and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with local and global EHS requirements and building a sustainable safety competency framework.

5. EHS Data Management & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and report EHS performance data to local authorities and corporate headquarters within required timelines. Benchmark against external best practices and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

6. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior EHS team members. Act as a subject matter expert and internal resource for EHS-related queries across departments.

WHO YOU ARE

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Safety Management, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Public Health are preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Safety and Health functions, preferably within the electrical, chemical, or high-tech industries.

3. Certifications of Occupational Safety Management Specialist or Occupational Health Management Specialist or Occupational Safety and Health Management Personnel

4. Certifications of Environmental, such as waste treatment management, toxic substance management or wastewater management.

5. Experience: Familiarity with EHS management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 14064-1) is required.

6. Good in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
