Summary
Leads BIM modeling for industrial projects, coordinating teams to create accurate piping, equipment layouts, and utility connections using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of BIM models across multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage BIM/CAD standards, templates, workflows, and quality control processes.
- Support engineers by translating system designs into accurate models and drawings, including piping, equipment layouts, and utility connections.
- Perform clash detection and model reviews to resolve design conflicts.
- Deliver drawings, schematics, BIM models, and as-built documentation in accordance with project schedules.
- Mentor BIM modelers and CAD designers, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project milestones.
- Manage BIM datasets and support project BIM execution plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in a BIM/CAD leadership role within industrial, utility, water treatment, or process plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, equipment layouts, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation.
- Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- ABLE to commitment weekends when requirement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or advanced industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of UPW, Chemical & Slurry, WWT, or Gas Systems.
- Understanding of cleanroom utilities, process piping, and industrial infrastructure.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
