As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen. You’ll work as part of a team that’s dedicated to sustainability, quality, and excellent service in a unique and engaging setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage spaces
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with receiving and storing fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Support waste reduction and sustainable kitchen practices
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience? No problem! Entry-level positions available—we’ll train you!
- Passion for food, sustainability, and working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and take pride in delivering high-quality food
