6mths Contract Accounts Assistant (Training provided) - Up to $3k #HTJ
Job Scope:
- Handles the full spectrum of accounts receivable / accounts payable.
- Prepares inter-company billings.
- Performs monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
- Proper maintenance of documentation and filing.
- Assists in month-end closing and audits.
- Performs any other duties to be assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Deg in Accounting
- No experience needed, training provided
- Those with 1 to 2 years of exp will be an advantage
$2.5K to $3K
