What You’ll Do
- Define and evolve the architecture vision and technical roadmap for the platform.
- Design scalable, secure, highly available enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Build working prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that development teams can use as technical foundations.
- Work hands-on with engineering teams on architecture, system design, integrations, and complex technical challenges.
- Partner with Product Management to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on technology strategy and long-term platform evolution.
- Lead the architecture and integration of major new platform capabilities.
- Drive legacy modernization initiatives while ensuring business continuity.
- Define architectural standards, engineering principles, and development best practices.
- Mentor and coach architects and senior software engineers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability to the PrismHR ecosystem.
- Promote modern DevOps, cloud, automation, observability, and software delivery practices.
Requisitos
Must-Have Requirements
Candidates should meet the following core requirements:
Software Architecture & Engineering
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, preferably within enterprise web applications or SaaS platforms.
- Strong hands-on software engineering background.
- Proven experience designing complex enterprise systems and web-based SaaS platforms.
- Experience defining architecture, technical standards, and technology roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with and leading engineering teams in Agile environments.
Legacy / MultiValue Technologies
- Professional experience working with MultiValue database technologies, ideally:
- UniData
- UniVerse
- Rocket U2
- or comparable MultiValue platforms.
- UniData
Candidates with strong experience modernizing comparable legacy enterprise platforms may also be considered, but direct MultiValue experience is highly preferred.
Modern Development Stack
Strong hands-on experience with several of the following technologies:
- Node.js
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- ASP.NET Core / C#
- REST APIs and distributed application architectures
The ideal candidate has enough technical depth to review implementations, create POCs, troubleshoot complex problems, and guide engineering teams—not only produce architecture diagrams.
Cloud & DevOps
Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
- Containers / containerization
- CI/CD and deployment automation
- Configuration management
- Application monitoring and observability
- Cloud application troubleshooting
Messaging & Distributed Systems
Experience with at least one enterprise messaging or streaming technology such as:
- Azure Service Bus
- Apache Kafka
- RabbitMQ
- Similar event-driven or messaging platforms
Technical Leadership
- Proven experience defining and delivering technology roadmaps.
- Experience leading technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams.
- Ability to influence senior engineers, architects, product leaders, and executives.
- Experience mentoring or coaching senior technical professionals.
- Strong system-design and architectural decision-making capabilities.
Communication
- Advanced English (C1+).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate architecture and technical decisions to both engineering and business stakeholders.
Strongly Preferred
Candidates will stand out if they have:
- Experience modernizing large legacy enterprise applications.
- Experience migrating monolithic or legacy systems toward modern cloud architectures.
- Strong Microsoft/Azure ecosystem experience.
- Experience combining legacy platforms with Node.js, TypeScript, .NET, APIs, messaging, and cloud services.
- Experience working on mature enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience designing highly scalable and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, reliability, and observability.
