The Job:
- Prepare and coordinate monthly management reports, including retail sales performance, operational updates, budget tracking, and key business metrics.
- Perform data analysis, identify key trends, and provide insights to support business reviews.
- Support the preparation of quarterly asset reviews, annual business plans, and other management presentations
- Support the administration of the two-tier MCST structure and ensure compliance with statutory and governance requirements
- Serve as the key coordinator for strata-related matters, including council correspondence, meetings, resolutions, and stakeholder communications
Requirements
- Experience in administrative coordination, reporting and data analysis preferred
- Strong understanding of MCST governance, strata management and experience organising AGMs, council meetings, or similar governance processes will be advantageous.
