Summary
Coordinates IT system deployments and post-go-live support across APAC, tracking incidents and planning firmware upgrades.
The Job:
- Support preparation of cutover plans for country deployments and go-live activities across APAC countries
- Coordinate hyper care activities following country go-live.
- Facilitate daily and weekly hyper care meetings with country teams and key stakeholders
- Coordinate the logging and tracking of system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests
- Analyse support tickets, incidents, and deployment-related issues to identify trends and recurring problems
- Support planning and coordination of device firmware upgrades across APAC locations
