Account Executive

Position Summary

Support key hospital ecosystem development, operational sustainability, and access-related activities. Through scientific promotion, key account management, and project support, this role contributes to resolution of suspension and restriction issues, hospital and retail access, and patient accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Hospital Support & Key Account Management

Maintain relationships with key hospitals and key accounts, collect hospital needs and market insights, and support implementation of hospital projects.

2. Scientific Promotion & Operational Sustainability Support

Conduct scientific promotion activities in compliance with company policies and support initiatives related to hospital access, reimbursement and pharmacy affairs. Follow up on suspension and restriction issues and hospital access challenges.

3. Hospital & Retail Access Support

Support hospital and retail access projects, facilitate access processes, and maintain project documentation.

4. Reimbursement & Patient Access Support

Collect reimbursement and market information, and support reimbursement-related initiatives and patient access programs.

5. Project Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration

Support regional projects and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Business and other relevant functions to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above; healthcare or life science background preferred.
• Exceptional candidates may be considered with a college diploma, subject to company approval.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in Market Access, business support, or related functions preferred; Key Account Management experience is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in compliant scientific promotion, with strong compliance awareness and the ability to conduct in-depth scientific discussions.
• Familiar with hospital customer management processes.

Position Overview

Support core hospital ecosystem development, operational safety, and access-related work. Through professional promotion, customer management, and project support, assist in resolving suspension and restriction issues, hospital and pharmacy access, and improving patient accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Hospital Support & Key Account Management

Maintain relationships with key hospitals and key accounts, collect hospital needs and market information, and support the implementation of key hospital cooperation projects.

2. Professional Promotion & Operational Safety Support

Conduct professional promotion activities in compliance with company requirements, support hospital access, medical insurance, and pharmacy affairs, and follow up on the resolution of suspension, restriction, and in-hospital limitation issues.

3. Hospital & Pharmacy Access Support

Follow up on key hospital and pharmacy access projects, support the advancement of product access processes, and maintain project-related information.

4. Medical Insurance & Patient Accessibility Support

Collect medical insurance policy and market environment information, and assist in promoting medical insurance reimbursement work and patient accessibility projects.

5. Project Coordination & Cross-team Collaboration

Support the advancement of key regional projects, collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, and business teams, and support the successful implementation of projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above, medical/pharmaceutical related majors preferred;
• For candidates with exceptional overall qualifications, the education requirement may be relaxed to a college diploma (subject to special approval according to company regulations).

Work Experience

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Experience in market access, business support, or related fields is preferred; experience in key account management is preferred;
• Possess rich professional promotion experience and excellent compliance awareness, capable of conducting in-depth academic communication;
• Familiar with hospital customer management processes.
