Account Executive DACH Market

At Talent Search People, a consultancy specialising in talent acquisition, we have been connecting professionals with leading companies for over 20 years. This time, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive for the German-speaking market to join an international company based in central Barcelona. The company connects Food & Beverage brands with consumers across several European markets through innovative sampling, market research and social media campaigns. You will join a young, international and collaborative environment where ownership, continuous improvement, communication and teamwork are highly valued. In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for: - Managing the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing and account development. - Identifying new business opportunities and relevant decision-makers within the German and Austrian markets. - Conducting outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, market research and personalised commercial outreach. - Managing and developing a portfolio of important FMCG and Food & Beverage accounts. - Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and positioning yourself as a trusted commercial partner. - Understanding each client's marketing objectives and proposing tailored sampling, market research and social media campaigns. - Growing existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, particularly for premium services. - Managing your sales pipeline and commercial activity through Pipedrive CRM. - Working closely with the Operations team to ensure successful campaign delivery and high client satisfaction. - Representing the company at selected industry events, trade fairs and client meetings in Europe.
