Account Executive
You will complete onboarding and sales training, identify and qualify new business opportunities, and guide prospects through the end-to-end sales process. You will sell the Devs.ai platform, identify cross-selling opportunities, execute a territory plan, coordinate internal resources, lead customer engagements, and advise customers on digital commerce best practices.
Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding and sales training.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities through the end-to-end sales process.
- Sell the Devs.ai platform and identify cross-selling opportunities for other products and services.
- Execute a vertical and territory plan to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Coordinate internal resources needed to close new business.
- Represent AppDirect in customer-facing engagements and travel to customer locations as required.
- Present and advise customers and prospects on digital commerce best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative and/or Account Executive for an enterprise software solution company, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- BS/BA degree.
- Ability to present value propositions and return on investment in complex environments to technical and executive audiences.
- Working knowledge of the B2B AI landscape and AI products' business applications.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact through signed contract.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex solutions into clear value statements tied to customer goals.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
