We're a well-established real estate law firm with nearly 50 years in the California legal industry and six offices statewide. Our San Diego team is growing and we're looking for a motivated, people-savvy Account Executive to join us.
This is not your average desk job. You'll be negotiating settlements, tracking down debtors, and building real legal knowledge — all while getting paid for your performance.
💰 $60,000-$85,000 (base + monthly commission)
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Negotiating settlements with debtors and opposing counsel
- Conducting skip tracing investigations (think detective work — locating debtors and verifying financial info)
- Communicating with clients and debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Reading and applying lease language and collection laws
- Keeping cases documented and organized

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Full-time (40 hrs/week)
