Noyon Lanka, originally a joint venture between a French lace company and MAS Holdings, is a global leader in lace design and production. With design libraries in France and Sri Lanka and production facilities across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and China, Noyon creates unique lace designs for international brands. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective ongoing communication and rapport with the current customers
• Be the link/voice of the customer with regards to product development from the time of receipt of customer requirements
• Coordinate with planning/production with regards to the following and ensure that progress of manufacturing/delivery is in-line
• Work as a support role (cross function) within the Sales & Marketing
• Prepare/report customer/portfolio performance in areas such as order receipts versus budget, order fulfilment, on-time delivery.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Marketing or Management
• CIM (full OR Part qualification) or an equivalent qualification preferably in Sales & Marketing.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service (strong in bulk operation, merchandising or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.)
