Account Executive (Mid-Market)
Job Title: Account Executive (Mid-Market)
Department: GTM Team Location: Islamabad, Pakistan, Onsite Employment Type: Full time
About ImagineArt
We're redefining how the world creates and designs.
ImagineArt is one of the fastest-growing GenAI companies in the world. We've scaled faster than most funded startups, with zero outside funding.
$35M+ ARR crossed this year
100M+ social impressions
Built and shipped our own image generation model, now ranked #3 globally for photo realism
No funding. No shortcuts. Just a sharp, driven team building one of the strongest GenAI products in the world, and we're just getting started.
We're now expanding into mid-market and enterprise, and we're building the GTM engine out of Islamabad.
The Role
We're hiring an Islamabad-based Account Executive to close mid-market and enterprise business with agencies, brands, studios and innovation teams across the US, UK and Gulf markets.
You own the cycle end to end. Discovery, demo, multi-threading, commercials, close. You will work alongside our SDR function, but the pipeline you close will be substantially pipeline you created.
Two things make this seat different from most AE jobs in this city.
First, the product sells itself to individuals already. Thousands of people find ImagineArt on their own every week. Your job is the part self-serve cannot do: turning a designer who loves the tool into a company-wide contract with a procurement process attached. That is a genuinely different motion from pushing a product nobody has heard of.
Second, nobody has done this before. There is no playbook for selling generative AI to a creative organisation, in Pakistan or anywhere else. You will be writing it, with direct access to leadership, rather than inheriting a deck and a territory map.
To be direct about what this is not. This is not an account management or renewals seat. It is not a services or project sale where every deal is scoped from scratch. And it is not an SMB volume seat where the cycle is one call and a credit card.
What You'll Do
Own full cycle new business for mid-market and enterprise accounts across US, UK and Gulf markets
Create your own pipeline rather than waiting on inbound or SDR handoff
Run discovery with creative, marketing and innovation leaders, and translate what a generation model can do into an outcome a business will pay for
Multi-thread into procurement, security and finance, and manage a real buying committee
Negotiate and close annual contracts, then hand off cleanly for expansion
Convert existing self-serve users inside target accounts into company-wide deals
Forecast honestly, keep CRM clean, and tell us early when a deal is dying
Feed what you learn back into pricing, packaging and ICP. This is a two way street at our stage
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
3 to 7 years in sales, with at least 2 years carrying a closing quota as an AE
You have owned mid-market, commercial or enterprise accounts. Not SMB only
You sell a software product on a subscription, not services, staffing or resale
You can tell us your quota and your actual attainment, by quarter, with numbers
You can walk one deal from first touch to signature and tell us exactly what you did at each stage
You have sold to buyers in the US, UK or Europe in English, and you can hold a room with a VP
Ability to work onsite in Islamabad
Comfortable working hours that overlap with US or UK buyers
Nice to Have
Experience selling AI, developer tools, or a product with a self-serve motion underneath it
Comfort with creative or marketing teams as buyers
Any real affinity for the craft. Design, video, content, or you just use these tools yourself
You have carried a number at a company where the segment was clearly defined and you moved up it
Probably Not A Fit If
Your book is renewals and expansion, and you have not opened a new logo in a while
Your deals are projects scoped per client rather than a subscription to a product
Your strongest number is a CSAT score, a renewal rate or a pipeline count rather than quota attainment
You need an established playbook, a defined territory and a manager to route leads to you
You want to sell something people already understand
What Success Looks Like
First 30 days: you can demo the product credibly to a creative director without a script, and you have built your own target account list for one of our three markets
First 90 days: self-created pipeline in place, first deals in commercial conversation, and you have told us at least one thing about our pricing or ICP that we had wrong
First 6 months: consistent closed business against quota, a repeatable motion the next AE can run, and named references inside the accounts you won
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission, benchmarked against what strong SaaS closers earn in this market
Uncapped commission
Early seat on a GTM team that is being built now, with the scope that comes with that
How To Stand Out
Two things, and they matter more to us than a CV.
Send us your quota and your attainment for the last four quarters. Actual numbers. If you beat it, tell us why. If you missed it, tell us what you learned. We would rather see an honest miss than a round number with nothing behind it.
Pick one company you think should be paying ImagineArt today. Tell us who you would call first, what you would open with, and what you think their objection would be.
Company Culture
Impact: Opportunity to work on innovative AI products like ImagineArt, shaping the future of creativity and user interaction
Team: Be part of a passionate, fast-moving team that values innovation and data-driven decisions
Growth: A culture where learning, growth, and experimenting with new ideas are deeply encouraged
