Account Manager

You will manage relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels. You will work on a wide portfolio of accounts, ramp and grow customers with a focus on commercial growth and satisfaction, lead commercial discussions, and prioritize short and long term projects across accounts. You will collaborate closely with other Account Managers, serve as a feedback loop for your customers internally, and level up your skills through the AM Academy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Account Managers on many different accounts
• Ramp and grow customers with a focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn
• Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts while meeting strategic and financial targets
• Prioritize and manage short and long term projects across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams
• Serve as a feedback loop for customers internally

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as account management, sales, or in the payments industry from a merchant side
• Experience in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services is a bonus
• Enjoy engaging others and developing strong working relationships internally and externally
• Passionate about working on a wide portfolio of accounts and learning about the payments industry
• Eager to identify commercial opportunities and drive commercial discussions with customers
• Strong time management skills
• Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Dutch and English
• Availability for some domestic and international travel
