Account Manager
You will manage key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for cross-border merchants. You will be fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants, driving growth by increasing share of wallet, cross-selling and upselling, and bringing valuable insights. You will build and sustain strong relationships with key merchant stakeholders, assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, and deliver expertise, education and guidance as merchants craft and execute their payments strategy. You will coordinate internal projects regarding your merchants and collaborate with colleagues across the global team.

Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience managing enterprise level B2B clients in a complex environment
- Recent experience working with Chinese merchants over the past 2 years
- Commercial experience in sales or account management or in the payment/financial industry highly preferred
- Track record of winning share of wallet, cross-selling and upselling deals for digital and retail clients
- Confident English for technical conversations and native Mandarin
- Excellent communicator able to build relations at all levels
- Able to work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
