Job Description: ? Manage and expand key customer accounts, distributor networks, and channel partnerships to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. ? Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing structures, revenue forecasts, and commercial plans to maximize market share and profitability. ? Coordinate with Production, Finance, and Logistics teams on order management, production planning, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and timely deliveries. ? Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer demand, and product performance while managing sales budgets, KPIs, and customer receivables. Qualifications: ? Arabic Speakers; with minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development within paper manufacturing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries. ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. ? Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong negotiation, commercial planning, and customer relationship management skills. ? Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, order management, and profitability analysis.
