Responsibilities:

Follow and ensure services delivery following H&B APAC Target Operating Model standard process.
Manage and allocate resources and workflow and deliver profitability
Be the client relationship manager for key accounts
Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow ups to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the placement cycle.
Work closely with Client Relationships Director to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to clients.
Establish an environment that promotes WTW Values and adheres to the Policies and Guidelines
Other tasks assigned by the Company

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
Strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship management skills
High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
Proactive and detail-oriented with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Accreditation or demonstrated knowledge of change management, process improvement, quality management or KPIs.
Understanding or experience of working in partnership with other support functions
Good working knowledge of relevant regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong experience with applicant tracking systems
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Bachelor’s level degree, business or related field preferred
