What we're looking for
Programmatic expertise: You have 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, account management, campaign management, or a related field, with hands-on experience running and troubleshooting campaigns across major DSP platforms. You have a strong grasp of how programmatic auctions, PMP deals, and programmatic guaranteed structures work in practice. When campaigns underdeliver, you know where to look and how to address potential issues. You can translate technical know-how into strategic guidance that clients understand and can act on.
Client-facing confidence: You show up prepared, communicate with clarity, and build relationships that go beyond the day-to-day. You're comfortable presenting to clients and agency or brand stakeholders, contributing to strategic conversations, and handling questions on the spot. Clients see you as a trusted partner, not just a vendor contact, and that trust supports long-term retention and growth.
Organizational agility: You're someone who keeps multiple priorities moving at once without things falling through the cracks. You proactively flag issues before they escalate, set clear expectations with clients and internal teams, and follow through consistently. You communicate well in writing and in conversation, and you know how to calibrate your message depending on the audience.
You also bring
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in large datasets using Excel or other tools to surface actionable insights.
- Familiarity with optimization, attribution, and other facets of the ad tech ecosystem.
- Hands-on programmatic trading and optimization experience is a plus.
- BS/BA or equivalent experience.
