- Serve as a subject matter expert on localized marketing at scale, helping clients solve complex challenges with SOCi solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with customer success, product, and marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand SOCi’s footprint within existing accounts.
- Use SOCi’s internal tech stack (CRM, enablement, marketing tools) to manage your business effectively and track client health.
- Maintain strong forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and accountability to growth targets.
- Deliver compelling business cases and presentations that articulate the ROI of SOCi to client executives.
- Focus on solving business challenges through innovation, while keeping a customer-first mindset.
- Remain adaptable as client needs evolve, supporting additional initiatives as required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a quota carrying Account Management or Sales role preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Ability to prove consistently hitting or overachieving quota.
- Proven success in contract renewals, negotiations, and upselling to existing clients.
- Property management industry experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of multi-site portfolio dynamics, resident/tenant experience priorities, and the marketing and reputation challenges unique to property management brands.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities—especially working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Multi-location brands experience and existing industry contacts/relationships preferred.
