Account Manager - Single Family

The Single Family Account Manager will complete monthly client reports, account reviews, and plan/execute projects to help with client needs. Duties include, but are not limited to implementations, training, transition plans, research, and answering client questions. After training, this candidate can expect to handle client projects, calls, etc. on their own. This role requires the candidate to be organized, self-driven, and adaptable. Attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills are critical. Travel may be required. Experience with implementations, client calls, and working across teams is also helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regular client calls
• Participate in internal calls
• Prepare and present account review presentations
• Conduct research and answer client questions
• Project management
• Coordinate and work with internal teams
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word
• Must be self-motivated and meet deadlines
• Must have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Must work well with others and handle difficult situations successfully
