Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Design & Artwork Coordination

• Manage Master Design and Artwork projects end-to-end for China local franchises
• Adapt and localize international Master Designs according to China brand charter and range specifics
• Ensure visuals and texts on pack are cohesive, consistent with brand image, and compliant with the latest legal guidelines
• Develop the right bilingual (English/Chinese) or Chinese-only versions according to local requirements
• Adapt master artworks to other shades/variants of the product

Project Management & Timelines

• Create, communicate and enforce project timelines to deliver Master Designs and Artworks on time
• Coordinate workflows across multiple franchises simultaneously
• Monitor MD/Artwork due dates
• Lead transfer meetings between creation and execution agencies
• Create and manage TAG projects

Technical & Industrial

• Ensure execution agencies take into account industrial constraints (plants & printers)
• Ensure packaging colors and print specifications meet industry standards
• Apply knowledge of local printing and production vendor constraints
• For Hair Color: identify reflects, check compliance with official nomenclature (shade identification numbers), and ensure colors of meshes/models on pack match real color results in coordination with the Hair Color technical expert

Stakeholder Management

• Support the Marketing Director and guide the Marketing Project Manager to deliver Master Designs and Artworks
• Be the key contact for industrial development, S&OP, legal, agencies, and local/zone teams regarding MD and Artworks
• Inform relevant markets and teams of MD/Artwork releases
• Support Axis managers on Brand consistency and technical aspects
• Optimize briefs to agencies (quality and volume)

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Technical / Engineering background, graphic chain expertise
• Strong packaging and colors expertise
• Print technical processes and knowledge of plants, printers and vendor constraints
• Legal requirements for packaging & product artworks (China regulatory context is a plus)
• Packaging and print industry standards
• Project coordination and ability to manage complexity across multiple simultaneous projects
• Pedagogical skills and ability to train/guide cross-functional partners
