3. Tax and Compliance

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Coordinate external audits and provide necessary financial data and documentation.
Manage tax filings to ensure timely and accurate submission of tax documents.

4. Team Management

Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and support.

5. System and Process Improvement

Evaluate and improve existing financial systems and processes to ensure they meet the company’s evolving business needs.
Implement automation tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

6. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency between financial data and business operations.
Provide financial support to assist management in making strategic decisions.

2. Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years in Public Accounting Firm, big four experience is higher preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial management experience, with a preference for logistics industry experience.
Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead and develop a team effectively.

3. Skills

Proficient in financial software and office tools like Excel and Power Query.
Familiar with financial processes in the logistics industry, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

4. Other Requirements

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
