Summary
Handles accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and general ledger tasks for retail/FMCG clients, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales accounts receivable, collections, and account reconciliations.
- Handle non-retail and non-trade accounts receivable, collections, and reconciliations.
- Perform bank statement reconciliations and prepare related reports.
- Process back-end collections, customer refunds, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare and submit sales reporting documentation.
- Post and maintain general ledger journal entries.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure adherence to accounting timelines.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and update foreign exchange (FOREX) records.
- Verify, classify, compute, post, and review accounting transactions for accuracy.
- Support ad hoc assignments and finance-related projects as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AR/AP/GL for Retail or FMCG industry.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
