Accounts Executive (Payroll / HR Support)

• Position : Accounts Executive (Payroll / HR Support)
• Location : Sin Ming Lane
• Working hours : Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6.30pm | Friday: 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Photocopier Consumables

Main Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, AP/AR, payments, claims and bank reconciliations.
• Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate accounting and payroll records.
• Assist with month-end closing, audit schedules and general accounting documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements and candidate follow-up.
• Manage employee onboarding, records, leave and general HR administration.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Support other finance, HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level, Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR administration.
• Hands-on experience with daily accounting operations, payroll, payments and claims.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and work pass administration.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems; Microsoft Navision is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and manage both accounting and HR responsibilities.
