Accounts Receivable Manager - E-commerce/D2C

Job Description:

1. E-commerce & Marketplace Reconciliation:

- Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) and bank deposits.

- Audit Amazon/Flipkart settlements, commissions and deductions.

- Manage COD collections and courier reconciliations.

- Reconcile data across Shopify, ERP and bank transactions.

2. Returns, Refunds & Disputes:

- Verify refunds, processing fees and return records.

- Handle chargeback disputes and minimize fraud losses.

- Reconcile inventory adjustments and reverse logistics returns.

3. Cash Flow & Financial Control:

- Monitor DSO and collection dashboards.

- Implement financial control SOPs for POS operations.

- Manage corporate gifting and wholesale client accounts, wherever applicable.

4. Compliance, Taxation & Reporting:

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition across discounts, promotions and gift cards.

- Ensure GST and multi-state tax compliance.

- Support month-end closing and statutory/internal audits.

5. Team Leadership & Automation:

- Lead and mentor junior AR analysts and billing coordinators.

- Automate manual data extraction and reconciliation processes.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

- 6 - 7+ years of AR/revenue tracking experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail or FMCG.

- 1 - 2 years of team supervision experience.
