Key Responsibilities Raise, track and manage customer invoices Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments Maintain accounting in Zoho books Process vendor payments and maintain payment records Perform regular bank and account reconciliations Maintain accurate books of accounts Support month-end closing and accounting activities Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation Must Have 4+ years of hands-on experience in accounting & bookkeeping Strong practical knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations Good understanding of invoicing, payments, reconciliation and bookkeeping Good to Have Experience with US Accounting / US GAAP Proficiecny in Zoho Books Experience handling US entity bookkeeping Background in BPO, outsourced accounting or finance services Zoho books We're looking for someone more senior than a junior-level accounting hire, with strong ownership and hands-on experience.
