Our client, an well-established local MNC in commercial Air-Con industry is seeking for ACMV Manager (Design) Facility Manager / Operations Manager ( Commercial Building / Retail Mall ) - Salary: $ 7,000.00 to $ 9,000.00 + VB / 5 days work week
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Enigneering or relevant
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and optimising efficient, cost-effective chiller plant and airside systems to support both project acquisition and delivery.
At least 5 to 8 years of experience overseeing a team of Engineers and Technicians to run daily operation in either Industrial plant or Commercial Office or Retail shopping mall
Experience in Regional / Asia coverage
Strong in ACMV design, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Mandatory certifications: BCA Energy Auditor, GMAP/GMAAP, SCEM
Good communication, analytical skill and stakeholder management skill
Independent, confident and leadership qualities
