Project Manager to lead ACMV works for major building projects in Singapore.
- Lead and manage ACMV works from project commencement through completion and handover.
- Oversee project planning, coordination, execution and delivery of ACMV works.
- Manage project programme, budget, resources and subcontractors.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, clients and other trades.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety and technical compliance.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions.
- Manage project documentation, variation orders, progress claims and other commercial matters.
- Lead and mentor the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant ACMV/M&E project experience, preferably with an M&E contractor.
- Proven experience managing building projects such as commercial, residential, mixed-development, hotel or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, project coordination and site execution.
