Adjunct Algebra Instructor

Part-time adjunct instructor needed to teach nursing students (RN/PN) at Jersey College's Ewing, NJ campus, with evening and afternoon hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role involves classroom teaching, student evaluation, clinical supervision, progress reporting, and maintaining attendance records while fostering student relationships and staying current in nursing specialty knowledge.

Position: Tuesdays 5:30 PM - 10 PM and/or Thursdays 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Essential Functions:
- Preparing student progress reports and grade reports
- Maintaining accurate and timely attendance records
- Evaluating student competence based on program philosophy and objectives
- Implementing evaluation devices of student learning and clinical experience to measure progress and competency
- Attending faculty meetings
- Maintaining professional qualifications through participation in continuing education programs, in-service training, and academic courses
- Perform other duties as required by the program director, program dean, or campus administration
