This Position reports to:
Administration Section ManagerWe are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Intern to support the Administration Team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in office administration, employee services, and event coordination within an international environment.
Responsibilities
Support reception and front-office activities
Assist in the organization and coordination of internal events
Support the Benefits Team with administrative tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Administration Team
Assist with various ad hoc tasks and process improvements
Requirements
Active student status
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Good English (written and spoken)
