Administrative Support Associate

Position Summary:
Primary responsibility for completing new client account information for President. Support the completion of client account paperwork and existing account information as required to support client needs.
Description of Duties:
- Execute client paperwork, preparing and completing new accounts, rollovers and other client administrative services for the President and others as assigned.
- Assist in preparing reports and other documents to support the President’s daily schedule, attending client meetings with as needed/requested.
- Deposit checks into clients’ accounts and complete check blotter and maintain all records per compliance requirements.
- Complete changes to client account information in the client central and wealth management system as assigned.
- Provide support for Receptionist position, managing phones during lunch period and other periods as assigned.
- Primary responsibility for securing and maintaining hard copy files, including retention of files.
- Attend, coordinate and assist with events as assigned.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the company.

- Strong attention to detail and instructions.
- Ability to present and communicate ideas and concepts in public and private, verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive customer service attitude and good personal skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to learn different applications.
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and ability to effectively organize and maintain accuracy, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent problem solving, strong organizational and communication skills.

- Someone that has come from a bank teller or financial services setting
- Someone interested in a long term career path in wealth management
- SIE/Securities Industry Exam Certification
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Fresno, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
