Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked on a rotational shift pattern between 7:00am and 8:00pm (5 shifts of 7.5 hours)
Office Base: Leatherhead (with potential for hybrid working following successful completion of training)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Repairs Administrator to join our growing team in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong customer service skills to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of property repairs and maintenance services.

As a Repairs Administrator, you will act as a central point of contact for residents, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring repair requests are logged, scheduled, monitored, and completed efficiently. Your ability to prioritise workloads, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service will be essential in ensuring residents receive a responsive and high-quality repairs service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance appointments in line with service requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for repair enquiries via telephone, email, and internal systems.
  • Raise, track, and update repair orders using internal databases and management systems.
  • Liaise with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Monitor outstanding repairs and proactively follow up on delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, appointments, and repair progress.
  • Produce reports and administrative documentation to support operational performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, data protection regulations, and health and safety procedures.
  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
