Advance process and device engineer/senior enginner/technical manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process and Device Development Professional to develop advanced process platforms for Mediatek's internal and ASIC products.
In this role, you will evaluate cutting-edge semiconductor nodes (e.g., 2nm, 1.4nm, FinFET, GAA/Nanosheet), drive Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO), and ensure that foundry process capabilities perfectly align with our product roadmap for optimal Power, Performance, and Area (PPA).
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Evaluation, Foundry Interfacing , process/device development
2. Device target setting and library/model/PDK alignment
3. Process customization and post-silicon tuning to maximum product performance
4. Process DTCO (Design Technology Co-optimization)
5. DFM for yield and reliability
6. Process technology pathfinding
