Join our Edmonton facility as a Manufacturing Assembler and play a key role in building advanced oil and gas equipment. You'll work with engineered drawings and precision tools to assemble high-quality components in a safety-focused, collaborative environment. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components and equipment following engineered drawings and established procedures

  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality standards

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently

  • Read and interpret blueprints with precision

  • Maintain an organized, clean work area and properly care for company tools

  • Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns

  • Adhere to all Health & Safety, Security, Compliance, and Environmental policies

Skills and Education

  • 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions in English

  • Good verbal communication skills and team collaboration abilities

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.

  • Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment

  • Experience with rubber molding or rubber injection manufacturing processes
