**Location: Lisbon, Portugal - Full-Time - On-site**

In this B2B support role, you will assist advertisers and agencies with post-sales inquiries, campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and advertising platform features. Your goal is to deliver exceptional, personalized service, resolve technical challenges, and help businesses thrive on world-leading digital platforms.
## 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- **Multi-channel Support:** Assist business clients via live chat, email, and scheduled outbound phone calls to provide timely and effective resolutions.
- **Technical Guidance:** Troubleshoot advertising campaigns, report bugs, and guide users through advertising tools and self-service features.
- **Consultative Service:** Turn incoming chat and email requests into productive voice calls to deliver personalized, high-value assistance.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify recurring issues and emerging trends, resolve platform-related challenges, and contribute to improved client satisfaction.
## 🎓 Requirements
- **Languages:** Native or fluent Russian, with strong professional proficiency in English.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- **Digital Skills:** Ability to multitask and work comfortably across multiple digital tools and platforms simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, empathy, and a proactive mindset.
- **Work Authorization:** Must have a valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal.

- **Working Hours:** Full-time position (40 hours per week) with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 00:00.
