What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, across Dating vertical;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and drawing insights from it;
- Ready to travel to international conferences and represent the company;
- An existing base of affiliate partners in the dating vertical is a strong plus.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing relationships with existing affiliate partners;
- Acting as the main point of contact, from contracts and negotiations to day-to-day support;
- Running multiple campaigns at once: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer updates;
- Monitoring traffic quality and volume, catching risks early;
- Keeping a pulse on market trends and sharing insights with the team.
