Affiliate Marketing Manager

You will build and scale the affiliate and partner-led referral program across self-serve, developer, and creator segments. You will recruit and activate partners, design commission structures, establish tracking and attribution, manage relationships, control fraud, analyze performance, and drive profitable revenue through the channel.

Responsibilities

• Build and own affiliate and partner program strategy
• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners
• Design and optimize commission, payout, and incentive structures
• Establish tracking, attribution, and fraud controls
• Partner with creative and lifecycle teams on affiliate assets and landing pages
• Manage partner relationships and performance reviews
• Test partner cohorts and offers
• Analyze performance and document learnings
• Partner with finance and legal on payouts, agreements, and compliance

Requirements

• Build or scale an affiliate or partner program that drove measurable revenue
• Experience with affiliate or partner platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, or Everflow
• Affiliate tracking and attribution
• Attribution and incrementality analysis
• Affiliate recruitment and negotiation
• Commission structure design
• Fraud control
• Clear communication
• High-intent copywriting
