About the Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Manager Nordics (DTC) to join our Nordics DTC team, with a focus on the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian markets. We are looking for a driven specialist with strong Affiliate & Partner Marketing experience in the Nordics to help execute and scale our strategy in line with our ambitious DTC trading and growth objectives.

Reporting into the Performance Marketing Lead Nordics you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of the affiliate channels, with the mission to manage affiliate programs, optimize sales initiatives, and accelerate growth with key partners across the Nordic countries.

This role will execute and adapt the affiliate and partner plan, while planning and delivering promotions, growth and product-launch initiatives across the regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize the affiliate strategy across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway to drive DTC revenue growth, owning day-to-day platform and network management.
  • Manage the AWIN affiliate network in close partnership with AWIN Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution, tracking, attribution, and product feed accuracy.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners (influencers, cashback, voucher, content and tech partners, price comparison sites, CPC cooperation's) while diversifying the publisher and vertical mix.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with the network and individual partners, and manage budgets, vendor onboarding, and contract coordination with Legal to maximize performance and profitability.
  • Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product launch initiatives, including promo codes, sample send-outs, commission adjustments, and sales validation.
  • Brief, coordinate, and manage creative and banner requests for campaigns and exclusive affiliate cooperation's, alongside ongoing publisher communication.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, analyse trends, and continuously optimize the channel.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders, and represent the channel in relevant meetings.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams, and contribute to regional and global best practices and process improvement.

Required Profile

  • Solid experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, networks, platforms, and top publishers in the Nordics.
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks (AWIN experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of PowerBI with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence working alongside external partners.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Commercially minded, with a creative, test-and-learn approach.
  • Fluency in either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is required, along with strong English skills.
