Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, providing personalised wealth management and financial advisory solutions.
• Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, prospecting and business development activities.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow AUM and revenue.
• Provide tailored investment solutions across unit trusts, equities, bonds, FX, structured products, insurance and lending.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide proactive advice based on clients' financial goals, market conditions and risk profiles.
• Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors and credit teams to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
• Ensure all client activities and recommendations comply with relevant regulatory and internal policies.
• Keep abreast of financial markets, investment trends and wealth management solutions to enhance client engagement.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Priority Banking, Premier Banking, Wealth Management or Retail Banking.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, AUM growth and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of investment, insurance and lending products.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and wealth planning.
• Existing HNW client relationships or a transferable client network will be highly advantageous.
• Experience managing international or offshore clients will be an added advantage.
