After-Sales Service Technician

About the role

At Marlex we collaborate with a leading company in the chemical sector specialized in water treatment solutions, swimming pool maintenance, and swimming pool installation, and we are looking for a SAT Technician.

What you'll do

Your main objective will be to carry out projects and installations excellently, ensuring full customer satisfaction in every technical intervention. Your main duties will include:

• Installation of water treatment systems and commissioning of equipment.
• Repair, maintenance, and inspection of installations at client sites, with technical autonomy in plumbing and electrical work.
• Calculation of swimming pool equipment and layout of installations (pipes, valves, accessories, etc.).
• Training and demonstration of equipment operation for clients.
• Identifying commercial opportunities during technical visits.
• Proposing technical solutions to optimize water quality and installation performance.
• Supervision and coordination of technicians and assistants in the technical service.
• Compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations.
• Administrative management derived from the position (work reports, time logging, task tracking).
• Supply and control of materials needed for each intervention.

What we're looking for

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have completed ESO and have professional experience or a Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate Degree) in Electricity, Plumbing, or similar. • You have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance or similar tasks.
• You have PRL training (20 hours in construction, with plumbing and electrical training valued).
• You have a driving licence.
• You have solid technical knowledge in plumbing and electricity.
• You are an organized, autonomous, and decisive person.
• You are customer-oriented and capable of coordinating teams.
• You are committed to optimizing time and continuously improving the service.
