Aftersales Executive (Dealer Management) (Tuas)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and drive achievement of regional aftersales KPIs across dealer networks.
  • Support the execution of aftersales strategies, improvement initiatives, and customer satisfaction programmes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas dealers and coordinate timely support with the Global Service Centre (GSC).
  • Administer aftersales service agreements and ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Coordinate aftersales campaigns, presentations, promotional activities, and dealer improvement programmes.
  • Gather dealer feedback, analyse market trends, and recommend process and service enhancements.
  • Serve as the key coordination point for dealer aftersales enquiries and support technical issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor service response times, warranty claims, spare parts support, and dealer performance metrics.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up and closure of dealer requests, service issues, and customer complaints.
  • Review and improve aftersales workflows, SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.
  • Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency.
  • Support digitalisation, automation, CRM implementation, and other aftersales system initiatives.
  • Prepare KPI dashboards, management reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and action plans.
  • Coordinate dealer meetings, training programmes, workshops, audits, product launches, and regional aftersales activities.
  • Support departmental budgeting, compliance, audit requirements, and administrative functions.
  • Travel overseas to support dealer operations, meetings, training, and service-related activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer management, aftersales support, or a related function.
  • Experience or knowledge of the power generation industry is highly preferred, or relevant experience in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overseas frequently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
