JD: Agentic framework developer (Librechat , MCP Servers)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain the LibreChat platform and its core features.
• Configure, onboard, upgrade, and manage AI models within LibreChat.
• Configure and maintain AI Agents, prompts, workflows, and related platform settings.
• Configure, integrate, and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, tools, and connectors.
• Ensure availability and smooth operation of models, agents, and MCP integrations.
• Monitor platform health, logs, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Manage configuration changes and environment-specific settings based on project requirements.
• Support integration of external systems through APIs and MCP-based tooling.
• Maintain technical documentation covering platform configuration, models, agents, MCP servers, and deployment architecture.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with LibreChat administration and configuration.
• Good understanding of LLMs, GenAI ecosystems, and model integration patterns.
• Experience with MCP, MCP servers, and tool integrations.
• Understanding of AI Agents, agent orchestration, and prompt configuration.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/YAML, authentication mechanisms, and web services integration.
• Experience with Docker/Docker Compose and container-based deployments.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis skills.
