We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our Donna team and support our customers with expert equipment maintenance and repair.

Position Summary

The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and construction equipment to ensure reliable performance for our customers. This individual will work closely with the Service Manager and other technicians to complete work orders efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Repair

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues with agricultural and construction equipment.
• Perform repairs on engines, hydraulics, electrical, transmission, and other systems.
• Complete warranty work according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

Customer Service

• Communicate repair needs, progress, and recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Provide equipment care and maintenance advice to customers.

Work Orders & Documentation

• Accurately record parts, labor, and service details on all work orders.
• Follow company and manufacturer processes for warranty claims and reporting.
• Maintain accountability for time and materials used.

Shop & Team Support

• Assist with equipment setup, inspections, and preparation for delivery.
• Keep the shop and work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Properly maintain and use tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety gear.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to meet service deadlines.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (full-time)
• Overtime and occasional Saturdays required based on workload and customer needs.
