About the role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to build and deliver AI-powered automation for internal business processes. This role owns use cases end-to-end — from requirements gathering and prototyping through integration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Key responsibilities
Build AI agents and automated workflows using Python, LLMs, APIs, and workflow platforms
Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and other enterprise systems
Create test cases and evaluate accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost
Support deployment, monitoring, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer
Follow the organization's architecture, security, data privacy, and AI governance requirements
About you
2+ years of experience in software, AI, data, or automation engineering
Strong Python and REST API development skills
Practical experience with LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, or workflow automation
Familiarity with Git, Docker, testing, and CI/CD
Strong ownership and ability to deliver independently
Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Microsoft Graph is a plus
Experience with MCP, ServiceNow, Jira, or SharePoint integrations is a plus
Experience in banking or another regulated industry is a plus
Knowledge of AI evaluation, security, and human-in-the-loop design is a plus
