We are seeking an AI Implementation Automation Engineer to help design, build, and deploy practical AI, automation, and workflow solutions across the firm. This role combines business consulting, process improvement, solution architecture, and hands-on development. The individual will partner with practice leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, facilitate workshops, and implement solutions using agentic AI, LLMs, RPA, Power Automate, Azure technologies, and related platforms.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical and technically curious professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and helping organizations adopt AI and automation responsibly.
Work Mode: 5 days WFO/Hybrid
Responsibilities
Process Discovery, Analysis Solution Design
- Facilitate workshops with practice leaders, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to understand current workflows and business challenges.
- Document end-to-end processes, requirements, dependencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate existing workflows and determine where AI, automation, process redesign, or system integrations can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into practical automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Recommend appropriate technologies and platforms based on business needs and implementation complexity.
Agentic AI, Automation Solution Development
- Design and build agentic AI solutions using Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Azure AI services, and other approved platforms.
- Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, RPA tools, APIs, custom integrations, and low-code platforms.
- Determine the most effective automation approach based on process complexity, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, accelerators, reusable frameworks, and scalable automation solutions.
- Support Azure-based architecture design, integrations, security considerations, and deployment approaches.
- Create documentation, governance controls, testing procedures, and implementation plans.
Engagement Support Process Improvement
- Work closely with Transaction Services professionals to understand engagement objectives, key diligence issues, and required outputs.
- Translate raw client data into usable analyses, schedules, and insights that support quality of earnings, working capital, and other diligence procedures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recurring work through automation, standardized workbooks, Power Automate workflows, and targeted AI-enabled process enhancements.
- Assist with data organization, documentation, and repeatable workflows that improve consistency across engagements and team members.
- Balance multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness to engagement teams.
Reporting, Insights Decision Support
- Prepare clear, accurate analyses and supporting schedules for use in due diligence reporting and client deliverables.
- Develop dashboards, summaries, and visual outputs in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to help teams identify trends, anomalies, and key business drivers.
- Support engagement teams and leadership with insights that improve decision-making during active transactions.
Stakeholder Consulting Change Enablement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, process owners, and AI innovation teams.
- Facilitate solution design sessions and process review workshops.
- Help teams understand automation opportunities, expected outcomes, and implementation requirements.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions through training, documentation, and change management support.
- Present recommendations and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical professionals to deliver AI and automation initiatives.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise to support continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on automation, workflow development, AI solution development, or related experience.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience developing automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA tools, APIs, workflow platforms, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI frameworks, Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, cloud environments, and application architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Automate experience.
- UiPath or Automation Anywhere experience.
- Experience with agentic AI workflows and multi-step AI orchestration.
- Understanding of Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Python experience.
- Experience developing applications, integrations, APIs, or low-code solutions.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Six Sigma training or process-improvement experience.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, accounting, or advisory environments.
